Ripple Effect Today, LLC hereby grants Ripplers permission to access and use all Ripple Effect.net Tools as set forth in these Terms of Service, provided that:

1)     Ripplers agree to use Ripple Effect, and its tools to promote growth and success for those that you ripple, as well as your friends.

2)     Whether your ripple is a PRAISE, IDEA, or CONCERN, you agree to keep your ripples “G-rated”.

3)     Ripplees agree to publish only “G-rated” ripples.

4)     You agree not to use Ripple Effect.net, or any of its Ripple Tools, to fabricate or otherwise falsify any praise, idea, or concern, and will do all possible to prevent others from doing the same for you or any other Ripple Effect Member.

5)     You agree not to use Ripple Effect.net , or any of its tools, to exaggerate a benefit claim, or to mislead a prospective customer in any way.

6)     You agree not to alter or modify any submitted or published ripples, whether the ripple is written or recorded in audio or video format.

7)     You agree not to alter or modify any part of the Ripple Effect.net Website, or any of the Ripple Tools or any of its related technologies.

8)     Ripplers agree to avoid including sensitive information in their ripples, and Ripplees agree to never publish ripples that contain sensitive information. Sensitive information includes, but is not limited to, social security numbers, credit scores, credit or debit card information, account numbers, passwords, references to credit history, personal addresses, drivers license numbers, telephone numbers, or other personal information or sensitive corporate or competitive information.

9)     You agree not to use Ripple Effect.net Technologies to post any content that is:

o    Pornographic or obscene

o    Profane or vulgar

o    Violent or shocking

o    Copyrighted by someone else

o    Hateful or spiteful

o    Humiliating or dangerous

o    Predatory, harassing or intimidating
