Refund Policy

30-Day Free Trial Period For Each Business
It is free to obtain a RippleEffect.net Account. Accounts can manage one or multiple "businesses". Each business within an account is offered a Free 30-day Trial Period. A business may upgrade or downgrade at any time from one ripple plan to the next. Upgrades and downgrades do not qualify for a free 30-day trial.

Cancellation During Trial Period
If you cancel your paid account during your trial period, you will not be charged.

Cancel After Trial Period
Upon cancellation, you will not be charged again. However, charges already incurred after the 30-day free trial is over are your responsibility. For example, if you cancel 4 days after you've paid your monthly fee, that month's fee is not refundable. Exceptions to this are not possible, as we must be fair and equitable for all our customers.
