Is there a contract involved?
Nope. Pay month-to-month, and quit paying any time you like. We need to earn your business every month. If we don't, we don't ever want to be in the business of enforcing a contract, and keeping an unwilling and unhappy customer.

How do we get started?
It's quick and easy. Once you have a user name (we'll walk you through that while you sign up), then we'll just need you to tell us what the business is called and what URL you'd like (for example: rippleeffect.net/YourBusinessURL) for your Ripple Reviews page. And we'll just need your credit card information to charge once the 14-day trial is up. That's about 1 minute, and your Ripple Page are setup and ready to go. Then you simply need to start inviting customers to ripple your business!

How do we get the "ripple us" button installed on our website?
It's real easy. We generate one or two lines of code and you copy and paste it into your website's html.

What if we don't know html?
Most of our customers don't know html, so we have technicians available to help. They will need admin access to your website's source code, and that's it. There is a one-time setup fee for this service. $69 for the first two pages on one website, and $10 for each page after that on the same website. Additional websites are the same.

Do we need to have a website to use RippleEffect.net?
No. We build you a Ripple Page automatically. That can be the only online presence you need, depending on the nature of your business. If you do have a website, we have some awesome tools you can install on it so that visitors to your site can both review feedback about you from your other customers as well as leave their own feedback.

Our customers come into my location; How do I invite them to ripple us?
It's easy.

Paper-Based "Ripple Us!" Invitations
We have developed postcard-sized flyers you can place at the sales counter or front desk. Simply give those to your customers upon checkout or departure. If you mail invoices, include the flyer in the same envelope. Of course, if you do any mailing, either include the flyer in the mail, or add the words, "ripple us!" and include your " iripple" website address.

You might even get a rubber stamp made. However you do it, make the inviting part of your customer experience, part of your system.

Email-Based "Ripple Us! Invitations
If your database of customers includes emails, it's very easy to send a link to your website or ripple page. You can do this one-at-a-time, as you serve customers, or in batch. For batch emailing, If your list is small, no problem. But batch emailing to hundreds or thousands of customers requires know-how. Consider a professional email marketing firm.
