The STORY POOL has two tabs:
- Click on the left to see customer stories
- Click on the right to tell your customer story
Below is the 90-second 4-step Story-Feedback process a customer uses to tell their story. Customers who click “YES” (I recommend) are invited to click and post a link to their story in their Facebook and Twitter accounts.
The CONTROL PANEL - a secure site
Below is an image of the Control Panel. Login to publish, unpublish, and archive stories “Ripples”. You can also send a message to say “thank you”, and/or to resolve a concern. Messages go directly to your customer’s email. You can also adjust your settings, and your webmaster can install your Story Pool on any of your websites from the “Tools” tab.
The technology is designed for automation and simplicity, so you can focus on what is important ... your customers.
