Who We Are

Jim Boyer
CEO. Predicting ten years ago that demand would grow for customer voices, Jim left a Senior Manager job at Pfizer, Inc. to become a student of the "voice of the customer". He cofounded a company that today is a member of the Inc. 500, delivering to client businesses millions of customer voices from over 100 countries.

Ripple Effect.net is Jim's second technology innovation, and an important next chapter in his voice-of-the-customer "book".

A fifty-something with a large family, Jim loves listening: at his desk, to the voices of customers, and around an unusually large dinner table, to those of his family. Above that busy table hangs the family motto, "no empty chairs".

Brian Coleman
Chief Technology Officer. He has extensive knowledge in object oriented and web programming. An expert in developing on the asp.net platform.

Brian is the architect of RippleEffect.net, and has been a key contributor to the business application as well as the technology.

Steve Boyer
Web Developer and Information Systems Graduate Student in BYU’s Marriott School of Business. Steven also has a minor in Computer Science, and is an indispensible part of RippleEffect.net.

Steven has been the lead on the look and feel for RippleEffect.net. If you have any feedback about that, he's the one to talk to. He also helped build the database.

Val Johnson
Business Development. Val is a right-brained mechanical engineer – a creative type that understands materials, stresses, and how to make 3-dimensional drawings for patents. Val has contributed tremendously to the vision and branding aspects of RippleEffect.net
