What get's us up in the Morning?
We noticed an inefficiency in the marketplace; a source of friction that keeps people from getting what they want:

On the other side are customers who sometimes settle for less quality and more risk, because they have questions and don’t know who to trust for the answers.

On one side are Service-Providers that are compelled to invest in marketing, when they would rather invest in developing better products and services.

We are passionate about solving this wide-spread problem.
Who are We?
We are customers. But we are also a team of experienced professionals with diverse experiences and training.
Jim Boyer, CEO Jim Boyer, CEO
Several years ago Jim left a Senior Manager position in the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry to cofound a technology company that automates millions of inbound surveys yearly for mid- to large- enterprises. While there Jim became intrigued with the power of customer stories, and saw an opportunity to solve big marketing problems with a new breed of Story-Feedback.

Jim’s obviously a very lucky guy. He and his wife of 30 years, Lisa, are the proud parents of a large family. Favorite pastimes include watching daughters dance, and sons play sports. A more recent favorite pastime is playing with his nearly two-year-old grandson.

Brian Coleman, CTO Brian Coleman, CTO
Brian architected the Ripple Effect System, and did the heavy lifting on technology.

Brian is an incurable photographer, shooting weddings and other special events – purely as a favor for friends and family. His greatest interest, though, is his baby girl.

Steven Boyer, Product Manager Steven Boyer, Product Manager
With a minor in Computer Science, and a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Steven is currently completing graduate work in Information Systems Management.
Val Johnson, Marketing and Sales Val Johnson, Marketing and Sales
Val is responsible for much of the branding and vision of the company. A creative talent, Val also has a mechanical engineering degree, and a rich background in consulting with patent attorneys and inventors of complex mechanical products.

Val is also a very lucky guy. He and his wife, Celia, are proud of their son and daughters.

Enoch Chapman, Technical Advisor Enoch Chapman, Technical Advisor
When it comes to the creative process, the 80/20 rule applies; it’s the last 20% of a solution that can be the most difficult to define. Enoch’s contributions to the last 20% are irreplaceable.

At the age of six, Enoch built a microprocessor for a school science project, and programmed it to play a song. Not believing he could have done it alone, the teachers almost failed him on the project – until his father encouraged them to ask him questions. When it became obvious that this little kid knew his stuff, his “F” was changed instantly to an “A”. Enoch has been helping (and astounding) people ever since.

We don’t get his expertise all to ourselves; Enoch is available to help you too.
